Ok, all I'm gonna say for now is that the last card, Priori Incantatem, is useless, for two reaons:
You haven't made a dark wand yet
You're never going to duel someone who is using these Harry Potter cards, since you made them. Also if you do make a dark wand, then it will probably be in your deck, so you'll have a trap card that destroys your own monster
I like the idea of a Priori Incantatem card, but with a totally different effect
the way you write the cards isn't too good either, you need to properly explain what each card does. I'll let someone else talk about your other cards
