Alright here's the rules when you've completed a custom card that you want to throw out and duel with.
1) I, Leo Ng, will be the only one to accept these cards until I find someone that can help me and I'm not trusting everyone, not even Judai.
2) After it is accepted check if it is limited, semi-limited or not limited at all. To check how many you can have in your deck.
3) Please be original. Don't add like cards with the exact same effects as other cards that are already real >< Or since we're playing TCG here place the OCG card effects here.0
