If you have any questions or concerns about this, feel free to PM me. Before you do though, make sure you have read this entire post 2 or 3 times. It is quite annoying to answer questions that could be answered just by reading. Also I can not garuntee I can answer everything (due to the fact that I am still new at this), but I will do my best.
So I was going to wait, and make this available for you guys, until Me, Judai, Axel, Leo, and Johan had agreed on keeping it or not. I got tired of waiting though.
Anyways... I added a code that will allow users to create their own Custom skins, incase they don't like the Slifer, Ra, or Obelisk skins. Note: The background pic will stay the same. Also this will only affect you, no one else will see your custom skin nor can they see yours unless you choose to see theirs and they choose to see yours (Will explain later). The Custom skin is stored using your sig and cookie(not the food). Your sig must have 131 available characters (letters, numbers, etc.). If the box next to the sig input box has a number less then 131, then your sig is to big and needs to be shorten. You will usually get an error if that happens.
Now if you follow this steps you can create your own Custom Skin:
When you load your Custom Skin another option appears in your profile. "Loan Default Skin" should have appeared. If you don't like the look of your custom skin, then click "Load Default Skin" and it will load the skin you had before. Then you can go back in an modify your custom skin again.
Now if you remember, I mention earlyer that you can't see anyone else's custom skin nor can they see yours, unless you choose to. Well after you create your custom skin a new icon will appear next to the e-mail and send PM icons under your name and avatar and everyone else's, who have created a custom skin.
The new icon will look like this:
Clicking that will load that user's custom skin, or in a way allow you to borrow it. To reload your custom skin, just click that image under your username and avatar, or just go back to your profile and click Load Custom Skin again. Note: This will only appear if you have created a custom skin and that person has created one as well.
Well that pretty much covers all of it.
If you would like to create a Custom Skin and not mess up how this site is shown, feel free to use this site to create test customs skins and test how your custom skin will show posts and display replying and creating threads:
tradadvda.proboards100.com/index.cgi (Account activations disabled)
If you do use that for that purpose, I will ask that you follow the rules on that site and do not post a link to this one on there. Failure to do so will cause me to put that site back into maintenance mode and delete all your accounts, and maybe (if I am annoyed enough) take the Custom Skin option from this site.

- Step 1: Go to your profile.
- Step 2: Click "Modify Profile"
Note: Before continuing back up your sig in a Word Processing document, notepad document, or just PM it to yourself (best option, for me). A bug may occur and wipe out your sig (it happened to me, but it was probably my fault). - Step 3: Check your sig length. If the box next to "Characters left: " has a number less then 131, then shorten your sig to be 131 characters or more. (If you have already created a custom skin, then don't worry about it)
- Step 4: Scroll Down until you see "Custom Skin". It should be under "Account Preferences".
- Step 5: Pick what font you want, then use the color charts to fill in the other input boxes for the colors of different items (Background color, Text color, etc.). The color charts only appear when you click the links below the input boxes. You should see a red "x" with "" beside it. The color charts work exactly like the Add color bar you see under the Smilies (when you click reply)
- Step 6: When you are done picking the colors for your custom skin colors, scroll down and click Modify Profile.
- Step 7: At this point you are probably thinking "It didn't work", well you still haven't loaded your custom skin yet. A new option has appeared next "Modify Profile" and "Bookmarks". The new option is called "Load Custom Skin". Clicking this will activate your custom skin.
