Leo stepped on the arena and headed to a side. Blinking he stared waiting for his opponent, there were thousands, if not, millions of students around waiting for the duel to start and to watch the excitement.
Leo shuffled his deck and slotted it in his duel disk waiting for his opponent, the one known as Rad Yuki.0

Activating his duel disk after seeing Rad, he drew five cards before drawing his sixth, "I'll set one monster and end my turn," he said blinking then waiting for Rad to make his move.

(Luster Dragon is 1900)
Leo drew his next cards and blinked, "Sweet, I play my spell card Hammer Shot, and that automatically destroys your Luster Dragon. Next I summon Elemental Hero Airman to add Elemental Hero Sparkman to my hand. Next I play Polymerization and discard my Sparkman along with my face-down Clayman, to form Elemental Hero Thunder Giant! However, that is not all, for I play the spell card, known as Premature Burial, this will allow me to bring Elemental Hero Sparkman back to the field. Now since you have no face-downs you should have no objections to any of this. So now, attack! Thunder Giant, Airman, Sparkman!" he said as Thunder Giant, Airman, and Sparkman sucked a total of 5800 (2400+1800+1600= 4200+1600=5800) life points out of Rad, leaving him at 2200.

Leo drew his next card he didn't even look at it but added it to his hand, then chose the middle card in his hand and activated it, "I play the spell card known as Heavy Storm!" he said seeing if Rad had any chains.

With a smile he knew that he had just won. Due to the fact that Rad didn't activate both of them when he could've and the fact that his Winged Kuriboh was in attack position. "Thunder Giant, attack his Winged Kuriboh!" he said as Thunder Giant sliced the little furball as he blew up causing Rad to lose another 2100 life points. "One more face-down, and that'll do," he said as his f/d s/t was placed.

(That's wrong, you don't take any damage until it's in the graveyard, but damage is done before it goes to the graveyard. The show makes lies kid)
"Activate Trap card! Ceasefire, and I count 3 or 4 effect monster to do the minimum of 1500 life points, seeing that you have 100, you lose," he said with a smile.

"Kid, nobody said a match, it's a one duel, winner goes on to the next level, loser goes out," he said walking off the arena as his cards disappeared and reappeared in his card case. His duel disk deactivated itself. The duel was over and he was moving on to the next round, even though if he had dueled the second time, he would've won.
