Actually, since Atticus used Snatch Steal, it was his monster. Jun used Snatch and regained his own monster back. Atticus used Heavy Storm, thus obtaining your Raiza back, not being destroyed. So, Atticus pulled a cheap one.

Haha, I cut the duel a bit. Winner should've been Tenjouin Fubuki. Haha! Creature swap switches the monsters correct? So Jun using Snatch Steal would be getting it, however, Creature Swap doesn't stay on the field, and when Snatch Steal is destroyed it just goes back to Fubuki. Therefore the winner should've been Fubuki.
