You'd need a theme or a Strategy deck -_- Sakura.Try making some Naruto cards or using a Spellcaster or Dragon deck?
If you have a dragon deck,use some Cyber Dragons,Cyber End Dragon and Five God Dragon.They will totally kick butt!

Or use a Spellcaster deck,like I said.Use Black Chaos Magician and Magician of Black Chaos.And defently Dark Magician and Dark Magician Girl because their ATK Points raise 'lot if you use the right cards for 'em.

I say all good decks need a theme, get a good theme for this one and get the best cards you can. The sort of thing I do when I want a good theme deck is go on YuGiOh wikia and look up character's decks or starter decks, then pick out the best cards from them and tada! You got a theme deck

then just throw in a few decent cards that don't really have a theme and you've got a good deck

but what do I know, I haven't won a duel yet ;D
