Ok. So, you have alot of useless cards at the moment. Well not totally useless just they dont work together. So;
- Ocean Dragon Lord - Neo Daedalus -- This card can only be summoned by tributing Levia Dragon, so its way too hard to use with only 1 in here.
- Barrier Statue of the Drought -- Why have this when you have other attributes of Monsters you may want to special summon? With this on the field, Call of The Haunted would only work on Earth's so it's not gonna help much.
- Celtic Guardian -- Ummm. Why? Its not gonna help you at all.
- Tornado Wall -- Only works with Legendary Ocean which you have 1 of. Way too hard to pull off.
- Minefield Eruption -- Why? You only have 1 Mine Golem. If Golem's gone this is a useless trap card.
- Backfire -- How many Fire's do you even have?
So my advice. There are more cards to remove, but you should pick a theme and build your deck around that. All type decks can be good, but you have too many situational cards for it too work well. PM me if you need any help building your deck. I'd be happy to help.

Ok as I can see it, you really like the whole Tornado Wall/Legndary Ocean thing. So I suggest you make an ALO deck. You can add Warrior of Atlantis and Terraforming to search it out, and you can add Gravity Bind/Level Limit Area B to let your 4 stars attack when ALO is on the field. Amphibious Bugroth is great because with ALO he can attack directly for 1700! Then you can really use Levia's effect well, because you'll probably always have ALO on the field.

K heres what i say. Your Deck is way out of theme and you can't mix Warriors, Water and fire. You better off making a plain water deck. So heres my suggestions
